We wanted to gain real insight into how our people feel and think in their work and whether they are motivated and satisfied in their role. 4 Site Security therefore ran a survey across all of our employees to ask if they feel involved, heard and understood. Colleagues were asked how they felt about the company’s leaders, career opportunities, pay, culture and values, communication, and whether they would recommend 4 Site Security as a place to work.

This is how our colleagues responded:

• the company offers adequate training
• they feel confident with our communication and leadership
• they have a strong sense that managers are approachable
• they generally feel pay is in line with other organisations
• they feel very positively about how we embrace diversity
• they feel strongly that we recruit in line with the vision and values of our company

And an amazing 83% of our colleagues feel that 4 Site Security is a good place to work and would recommend us to others, whilst another 14% said they are neutral and maybe.
